Skeeter,

I don't know why you are so hot to trot with Hyundai. They may be in the same situation. It was only one month ago they closed on the Symbios deal with LSI. They had to sell Symbios to quickly raise cash($US dollars) b/c of their financial troubles. Now it didn't help them much it just prolonged their demise. A Merger may be the only thing that helps them out.

It seems to me if you want to stick with a DRAM Co.
that will be around when the battles are over...well MU will definitely be one.

When these Chaebols don't have sufficient $US dollars for upgrades to .21 micron or smaller fabs, which is a minimum to compete, why stick up for them, most of them will not make it. The next year will be the fallout. The large companies will still lose money till the last of the dumpers are gone. Then the next round of new fabs will start by the remaining CO's and the prices will probably be more stable and capacity will be sufficient for the new demand by a much smaller number of players.
