Maybe it was the post from RICK D. Maybe they should hire him as their P.R. rep. If this was the case WAY TO GO RICK!!!! We could use about a half a dozen more days like this in a row so we all can break even.

It is probably more like some insider speculating that a contract might be finalized soon and price will go up on the announcement. Even if the stock just jumps a point it could be a quick double. If a person knows when to plays these stocks when they are hanging in the penny stock range they can make some good money.
