CWEI closed @ 17 1/4, unchanged, Bid 17 1/8 X Ask 17 3/8..Vol 42K After trading up to its historical high of 17 5/8, CWEI sold off slightly in the afternoon to close unchanged at 17 1/4. The Bid and Ask are higher than Friday's close, which is positive. The consistent buying this morning is a positive sign. Independent oils were up 0.04% today. The Spot price for oil remains close to $26.00/barrel, following is the February futures price for oil. At 1600 EST Oil is at $24.79, down 0.29 (CWEI rcvd $21.19 in Q3) At 1600 EST Gas is at $4.25, down 0.32 (CWEI rcvd $2.62 in Q3)
