Be careful about CITI
I heard one of CITI market makers wants to get rid of the shares. This market maker is hiring some people to pump the stock and then this market maker can dump the shares!

I've asked the question before: any particular reason CITI has gone through 3 name changes in the past few years?? Also curious as to why their cash and equivalents plummeted from 295K to around 89K. Cannot find any info anywhere re: the above.
