Henry,

Too bad the warrants do not qualify as a percentage gainer all by themselves. Up 110.53% over the last 5 days. If I could do this well for another 10 days, I would pay off the mortgage and buy the biggest Mercedes I could find!

What troubles me some is that I do not see the real reason behind the move. Unless it is simply that LGND was depressed only because of market reasons and now it is bouncing back. Sure, there has been some good coverage, but no real news. So what is it?

Someone is buying shares big time. Warrants too.

By the way, would an entity have to register if they held 5% of the warrants - or whatever the limit is? Would they have to register if their total holdings - including warrants - could end up being 5% or over? If not, then holding warrants would be one way of accumulating a hidden position in the stock in case someone cared to.

Thanks, Torben
