Milan, Italy info from Yahoo! thread:

WHAT IT IS
MIFED, the Cinema and Television International Multimedia Market, has long been an
indispensable business and networking rendezvous for international producers and
distributors who come to Fiera Milano each year to view films, negotiate contracts and
trade cinema, home video and television rights. MIFED is owned and managed by Fiera
Milano

WHERE IT HAS COME FROM
MIFED (the acronym stands for "Mercato Internazionale del Film e del Documentario")
dates from 1960 and was originally a twice-early event with editions in April (coinciding
with the General Trade Fair) for TV product, and October for cinema product. It became
an annual autumn event in the mid 1980s

WHERE IT STANDS IN THE WORLD
MIFED was the first ever audiovisual market.
With Marché in Cannes and American Film Market in Los Angeles, it is currently on of
the world's top three cinema markets.
MIFED attracts cinema and TV professional from more than 70 nations, and over 85%
of its exhibitors and visitors come from outside Italy. The European Union's MEDIA II
programme has chosen MIFED as a reference structure for audiovisual promotion
throughout Europe.
MIFED organizers are in constant touch with major professional organizations, agencies,
festivals and international markets around the world, with whom they exchange ideas and
information on a permanent ongoing basis.

WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE
MIFED is unique among international markets because its exhibition and screening
facilities are all under the same roof.
Its 27 screening rooms have full Dolby stereo sound, and MIFED continues to invest
substantially in technological improvements and logistical enhancement

FROM 1ST TO 6TH NOVEMBER AT FIERA MILANO
The 65 Mifed opens with new opportunities for business.
The opening up of new opportunities in the audiovisual market and a closer
collaboration between all professionals and companies in the sector: these are the
keynotes of the 65th edition of Mifed, the Cinema- and Television International
Multimedia Market, to be held from 1 to 6 November at Fiera Milano.

With "Mifed Animation" - the innovation at this year's edition - the 65th Mifed is
dedicating a large area of the show to animated production, bringing together the
fast-expanding and strategic international audiovisual market with the new dynamic
productive energy of the Italian animation industry, the aim being to increase the level
of interaction and commercialization between the two.

The new edition is strengthened by the participation of the Lombardy Regional
Authority, which has shown its growing commitment to the audiovisual industry by
setting up a Film Commission, having identified this sector as a major source of
economic development in the area.

Inscriptions to the Market continue to flood in: at September 1st (provisional figures
only) 275 exhibiting companies had confirmed their commercial presence: 50% of
these are from the United States, 11% each from Great Britain and Italy, followed
by France with 6% and Germany with 4.5%. The provisional number of films
scheduled for screening is 378, of which half are previews for the Market and for the
most part American, followed in order by France, Great Britain, Italy and Germany.

The geographies of participation closely reflect the share of the international
audiovisual market. No accident -internationalisation and strong customer loyalty are
rewards won by the excellence of the services provided: services continuously
employed to maximise the use of business time, to offer space adaptable to the
particular needs of exhibitors and to provide the best of screening facilities (27
rooms, all with Dolby sound).
In addition to the wider market, the 65th Mifed also offers a full calendar of events,
currently under finalization. Particular emphasis will be on animation and in fact on
3rd November the whole day will be devoted to first screenings and to a convention
on "The development of animation features in Europe".

There is a good chance now that the Limited Partner ship and Reporting does
happen by the end of the year if they are able to sell both of there movies at Mifed.
Hopefully that will recieve enough revenue that they can finance some of there next
flicks. Watch for return to Grizzly mountain , cattle call....and possibly renagade
blade to be in production next. And hopefully done for Canes next year or even
