Rick, this is Bill's thread. The PSO only upticks when folks go out of their way to come here (or other threads who's topic is short selling) because there are people talking poorly about their stock. So, since he was already here, and no one was shorting it, the PSO is still flat. BTW, observation is showing that the PSO isn't as reliable as first thought. TAVA, GMGC, and ACRT all jumped strongly directly after strong upticks in the indicator. Barb
