Well ..... another interesting day in the market. Down sharply in the big caps ...... yet small caps ..... namely APCO IFCI and even little NRAG were all up today. I feel that if the market is stable ....even with the whipsaw up and down days ..... with a slight upward bias ..... even more investors will go for the small caps. APCO and IFCI should lead the pack. Both have strong upside potential and IFCI ... well could even be explosive. Amigo Mike
