<<<Speaking of an ATM partner, I wonder if Gibbons, or Lucas, or both have partners in mind?>>>

Does the sun rise in the east? Is the Pope Catholic? Does Amati rule DMT? :)) (Yes, I think they have a few in mind.)

Seeing the stock close on weakness, I have to believe Soundview is playing with it. Or at least that they've been involved and are nearly done. Sure I feel helpless, but what's a person to do? Write to Dick Whittington and tell him he's scum? I'd rather work from a positive angle and convince him it's in his benefit to buy the stock and move it up. The only one who can do that now is Amati's PR department and they can't do anything until their announcements are ready.

Hope is the thing with feathers --
That perches in the soul --
And sings the tune without the words ---
And never stops --- at all --

It's a little known fact that Emily Dickinson held Amati stock when she wrote that.

Seriously, let's hope we get the words soon.

Have a great holiday season. You've been a great sleuthing partner and I have no doubt whatsoever we'll have more clues than we know what to do with in the new year.

Why, just this morning I phoned a man in Australia whose name was given to me as a good source for Telstra/ADSL information. Since it was 3:00 a.m. there, I was told he would be given my message and return my call later. I'll let you know what I hear.

Cheers!

Pat
