This is certainly the weirdest episode in Presidential history. Bill was only living out the Playboy Philosophy that he studied assiduously in his youth. Ah never looked at the Centerfold, ah only read the articles He shoulda stuck with the pictures. Poor Henry Hyde has to decide whether Being A National Embarrassment ranks as a high crime or a misdemeanor.
