I'm writing this on my new DELL Inspiron 7000 I received two days ago. 14.1 inch screen, 98 MB RAM, 6.4 GB hard disc, and 8 MB Rage video card. Not to mention the all the standard high quality you get from a DELL product. I highly recommend these machines. I ordered mine on 15 Sep but needed it before I left on a trip to DC. The DELL sales rep (Barry) was exceptionally helpful and made sure it was shipped ahead of schedule. I am in DC now and able to stay in touch with everyone thanks to DELL's help On another note. Regarding the recent DELL/ EXCITE/ AT&T / SBC deal. The September 1 1998 issue of PC MAGAZINE listed Excite as it's #1 choice for internet portals. DELL is once again teaming with top industry leaders to further the model. I see this, the new server lines, Breakfast with DELL, and RAMBUS technology pushing DELL into the $30 billion revenue arena by 2000. I will be moving to DC in early December. Hope to arrange a get together with any fellow Dellheads in the area Fez
