The meeting was very intense so much information.
I have 6 pages of notes that I have to go through and about 12 pictures to develop. Please understand that I may not be able to
answer all of the PM's now. I have much information which I feel is better than expected! For starters The address for the Insider
trading office in Boca is :4400 North Federal Highway Suite 186 . I was told by Charles that it will be up and running within 30
days.
There is so much more. Please give me a chance to gather my thoughts and post this information properly.

The old PRWT had almost no clue that the company was up and trading again. Or on which board we were on. John had to
explain it detail what exactly was happening to a dormant 8 year company.
John is a very Open minded and Respectable Person, and is very Concerned with the share holders and getting all of his plans up
and running.
He is well aware of the harsh posts that are here. And has addressed them. to the group

MEETING INFORMATION SHEET 1:
Mr. Charles Vaccaro From Insider Trading was very interested in the investors. He was very open and willing to answer the
questions that were asked of him. He did not skirt any of my questions. He spun off answers quicker than I could write them
down.
He told us that there will be many more offices opening up. So far all of the offices listed are in very heavy business areas within
NYC. Living in NYC I am very well versed with these locations The sights are:
Mott St NYC.; This area is located in a very heavy business district. Just a few blocks from Wall St. and is nested near the
Oriental Community.
Coney Island Ave NYC; This area also is a heavy business district. Allowing traders who can not make it in to the city to have an
active trading area to go and place trades in the pit.
Garden City L.I.NY Another area that is located at the edge of the city limits. The same heavy type of business area, that will
allow the investors to do the same.
There were more I could not get them all down.
PRWT has as stated, Obtained The Gold County Investors Co., and are in the process of converting these office's for Insider
Trading.
These offices will be designed for the Day Traders executing their trades in the pit and also for home PC's using their software.
Insider Trader originally had 20,000 hits of advertisement per. They are now moving to 200,000 hits. They will soon start to
advertise on PC Quote.
Commercials for CNBC are being worked on as we speak and should start to air in a few weeks. They will be targeted for key
area's. Where the Insider Trading offices are located.

MEETING INFORMATION SHEET 2:
Peoples Health Care; Is designed to do the following:
Solicit Doctors and Nurses in the medical field to join the peoples health network for the following; .
Processing and submitting the never ending task of medical insurance forms for Doctors so they will receive the proper payment
from Insurance companies without untimely delays due to improper form submittal's.
Lobby for patience provide advice to those people who are having problems collecting from all of the different insurance
companies.
A service fee would be charged to all for these service's.

MEETING INFORMATION SHEET3:
Belize homes; Mr. John Schmitz Informed the share holders that,
This housing project has been two years in the planning.
There are currently about 80,000 Belize/US citizens who are the prime targets, But the Belize government wants the nationals
included.
As shown on the video, The area of the lagoon estates is cleared out of trees and shrub's ready for the placement of the first 300
US Built homes.
The homes will be placed on concrete slabs. evenly spaced apart.
There will be a controlled key access to the estate.
The area of the Lagoon estates can accommodate up to 2000 homes. As shown by the builders layout plans.
The price range would be some where between 50,000 to 90,000 depending on the options.
A video was shown showing the area with a
LARGE BANNER SIGN *** AFFORDABLE HOUSING***!
In the video of the Lagoon estates ALL OF THE HEADS OF STATE INVOLVED including MR. John Schmitz, Mr Norman
Niell and the Contractor Mr Giovanni Smith were clearly visible and identified. Including The Attorney General and the Minister of
Housing Mr. Dickie Bradlie. There were many many more. I just could not absorb all of the information on the pad!
Channel 5 news, Which is the countries news channel were present in the video.
Large building area prints showing the planned homes which will be 1200 sq. ft and 1500 sq. ft homes. The 1500 sq. ft. homes
will have a wing attached for home owners of the USA. So they have a place to stay during the time they rent their home. Like a
Mother & Daughter setup.
The new administration of the Belize government wants to have built 10,000 homes over the next 5 years. It appears that
Affordable Housing will be spear heading this project.
From the looks of things they all were having some party while we were here sweating it out. But all of my sweat paid off!

Mr Schmitz, Stated that they are currently working on and are planning to expand the Real Money Center across The entire USA.
They are moving to carry Licence's in all 50 states.

MEETING INFORMATION SHEET 5:
The Meeting:
Got off on a rough start this morning, With the original PRWT share holders not knowing what was going on. A bit of a shouting
match was started by the old investors was quickly calmed down when our own.
ERRAFF from the PRWT thread.
Who stepped forward to explain to the old shareholders that he himself held a large number of shares from the old company.
Mr. John Schmitz then stepped forward calmly and explained in detail what, how and why they were doing this.
He also greatly extended himself by explaining the benefits to the parties involved.
The PANBANCORP attorney Mr Joel Schonfeld further clarified the legal issues that were brought up during the question and
answer session. Including who were the stock transfer agents, which is Central Stock Transfer Inc. At 1-212-509-4000. They are
responsible for notification of the old shareholders regarding the meeting held today.
He stated that they had purchased 400,000,000 shares of the total 700,000,000 posted by the old PRWT.
By purchasing these shares and the company shell they would be able to merge the PANBANCORP into this old shell thus create
a new company and put new life into the company.
After hearing what Mr. Schmitz had to say, and reviewing all the information available, the old share holders voted unanimously to
all three of the questions put forward:
Name change of the company to PANBANCORP.
Election of the new Board of directors.
The purchase of the PANBANCORP. by PRWT respectfully.
Only a select few knew that during the past few months there was activity on the stock. Which caught most of the shareholders
present by surprise. Knowing that their original company has been inactive for the past 8 years.
After hearing all that the CEO and his officers had to say they left the meeting very pleased and happy to know that the
Panbancorp was going to trade out their old shares one for one.
One of the big questions raised by the old shareholders was how can they go about purchasing more shares while the price was
still low and quoted to be .02 during that time in the meeting.

MEETING INFORMATION SHEET 6:
Some meeting Foot Notes:
There will be A PR firm for the Newly Formed PANBANCORP. Which can answer and handle the investors questions. This new
firm should be up and running in the next 2 weeks.
Regarding those wild PR's. After meeting with the heads of the Government in Belize. During the formal meeting, John and his
attorney's were told by The PUP Government that these PR's have caught them by total Surprise, These PR's were sailing out on
their own by a small group in the old Government Press Office.
When John, Personally approached the New Government Heads, They were taken back in total dismay. They had No Idea The
Damage that was caused by these PR's.
The New Government ordered a shake up of the Press Office that was found to be in a total mess,. and replaced the group from
the former Government with a new PUP Government PR' group. They also assured PRWT that a statement will be posted as
soon as they can to correct all the problems.
John was very confident and stated that this correction may come at any time. We are ready to roll!
The Old PRWT books will close on Sept 30 1998.
The old shares will be converted and exchanged one for one.
PANBANCORP will be reporting with the 45 day limit.
I asked him about PR's. He said his Attorney's advised him to wait. Because they are waiting for a few more items to be
addressed and finalized including the old shareholders vote for the merger to be addressed before posting.
We spoke to him openly John was eager and very confident with all of the company developments that are up coming. He said
that his scheduled meetings and flights to these area's that the company has, are really keeping him on the move.
With all that was happening at such a fast pace , I forgot to address the Video phones, But I'm sure that also would have been a
