Hard to tell when WSJ will include something or not.

BTW I have been having second thoughts about the volume. If the holders of the convertible pfd., who have already sold short convert and are issued shares does the cover of the short or even the issuance of the common itself count as a reportable transaction on the NASDQ?
don't see why it should but still wonder if anyone on this board know or knows who to ask. It would explain the lack of a large price move in either direction. And it would allow me to go back to doubting the Tharos theory. <g>

Also it is, "No reason to panic.", time in southern California. Cypress to be exact. A young 13 old girl died 4 hours after getting sick with Meningococcemia, and before hospitalization.

Authorities say the same things as always. No danger, not spread in the air, don't kiss, don't eat using one anothers knives and forks. What they don't understand is that high school kids share everything with every one. It's not cool not too. Also eat off one anothers plates and are not interested in hearing why this is not really smart.
