I don't think you necessarily need a continuation of the goldilocks economy for Costco to continue to do well. 90 percent of their stuff is hardly what you could call "high end," and people will always be shopping for the best deal on grosses of TP, pallets of dogfood, and coke by the kiloliter. In fact people may shop at Costco *more* in a nongoldilocks economy, since everyone knows you can *save* money by doing so, and by buying bulk. I have no position in the stock, but I do agree with Bill's evaluation.
