John, looking at Boston Market's financials is enough to give me the chills: negative operating income, an ever-diluting share base from badly needed cash infusions, current liabilities outstripping current assets nearly 2-to-1 (1.99 to 1), negative operating cash flow (and still managing to spend cash!), and a declining cash base.

It would appear that this vessel has so many holes, there are not enough fingers to go around to plug them all up. In addition, institutions are net sellers.

I will admit that selling has abated somewhat in the near term, but buying strength is far from materializing to illustrate any confidence in the company's prospects. For your position in the face of such overwhelming odds, your views are indeed Contrarian.

Have you been able to determine the new CEO's strategy to stop the bleeding? And will BOST ever see the light of day again if or once it becomes delisted? That is one blow that few ever recover from.

Tread carefully, and good luck.

Regards,

Rainier
