***OT just got my new G3 last week and it is a marvel! Speed to burn and I love it. Switched my Teleport 56kx2 modem from my 604 setup and upgraded modem software and firmware from the Global Village site. Problem is that the modem status meter on menu bar is darkened out. When I reinstall the software its ok until I reboot and its gone again. Tech support at Global Village is basically nonexistant. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Ira
