It is also hard to see a happy ending here. Admission of a dispute will not restore investor interest. Dismissal of the CFO or someone comparable will also be bad news for the stock price. The heart of an acquisition game is trust in the financials. It reminds me of U. S. Diagnostic and its collapse when it was revealed that their acquisition chief was a seedy character. Jack
