I agree, Armin.

Because of the shelf equity, Bramson was able to disclose, in the 11/27/96 SEC filing, the better than anticipated interest in KM that probably played a part in Maxtor coming to terms with Ampex.

Now that Ampex and Maxtor have agreed to a deal, Bramson is now in a position to negotiate from a position of strenght with the other disk drive makers:

"Additional companies may adopt our technology in the coming months, but we do not view the timing of additional programs as being critical to us in the short term...."

If you accept the premise that there are other deals coming, then it would be great to have the news of those deals come in during the first few months of 1997, just in time to surf the seasonal flow of pension money coming in to beat the 4/15/97 deadline.

Still, KM is a second half 1997 revenue story at best, and definitely a 1998 and beyond cash cow worth waiting for.
