Steve, nothing personal but with your 5000+ post to SI maybe you should get a life or be more discreet on what you post. As far as your limited experience with class actions, it's sleeze bag time. If the firm is big the cockroach theory works, there will be many filings, but will be consolidated into one suit, if there is any basis. So do us a favor, don't post any of the sleezy lawyers advertising statements. All other comments would be welcome! tz
