62 5/8 at 9:45. Holding reasonably well in early going despite the overall market downturn. I think the markets around the globe will definitely force Alan Greenspan's hand on Tuesday. However, I do not think that a rate cut alone will stabilize the global environment. Brazil is the Maginot Line. If the IMF/World Bank/US Congress allow Brazil to fall, then all us capitalists will pay a heavy price.
