I can't say I am surprised since in my discussions with the co. they were not overly optimistic. Two "positive" things.

1) the bad news is now out

2) I find the statement in the release about the retention of Legg Mason Walker, Inc. to serve to evaluate "strategic options" interesting. To me this means that they want to sell the company. Sandy Rosenberg (CEO) has 1.9 million shares.The only way he can get his money is if someone buys the company.
