My article said nothing about raises. And I would have been happy to include Mr. Landi's comments about the court case in the article.

I think the potential 4:1 dilution of existing shareholders from the Access America shares is potentially the biggest issue, and one which Mr. Landi did not address here.

I also find it curious that the New Rochelle Standard-Star has published essentially the same information as I have (their reporter followed my stories and confirmed all of my facts) and yet Mr. Landi and his allies on this BBS have not singled them out for the same libelous abuse that has been directed toward me.

Now why is that?

As for the number of shares outstanding, well, I just called the number that Joe Turmaine provided on 9/10/98 for InterWest Stock Transfer (801) 272-9294..use extension 18 if you don't get a receptionist.
