I spoke to Barry Cinammon, CEO of ALLEGRO and now SPCO merged together. He had confirmed, as the report above that the shareholders of both companies have approved this merger which will take on Friday, December 27, 1996. ANMI reacted to news and closed today down to 4 1/2. At present SPCO shares will be worth ~1.21. SPCO traded down today as well to 1 1/8. SPCO price really means nothing at this point though. Allegro price dropped as expected. We now have to root, root, root for the new home team, Allegro New Media! I hope for safe and happy holidays to all, and let's hope next year starts a very profitable year for ANMI. Steve
