Izzy, would it stand to reason that twice a day dosing would put pressure on increasing patient count to maintain reveunes? Sounds like this may not be as much a problem over the shorter term as I may have thought a few months ago, but curious as to your opinion. Would doctors or patients take it upon themselves to start twice a day dosing now? One other question that I know is posted here somewhere, but thought you might know off the top of your head...Yearly cost of AGPH per patient based on three times a day?
