The company I work for (SONY) is implementing Oracle here in the US, but both Asia and Europe are implementing SAP. Oracle is big in the US but SAP is big in the rest of the world. People I have talked to say that SAP is better but more difficult than Oracle to implement. If SAP can improve user friendliness they will have a strong competitive edge. BTW: MSFT is probably using SAP so they don't have to use Oracle not necessarily because it is what they want - LOL
