Richard-- If that's the case, I'd certainly agree. But what's this about 25 million authorized shares? "Authorized" is one thing; actual outstanding shares are quite another. A company may seek authorization to sell, say, 80 million shares, and may in fact sell only 20. Even so, if they want to sell more of their "authorized" shares, they must file with the SEC to do so. Why do you think TFRY/FRYA's float (split-adjusted) has changed as as of today? Could you or someone else please post the relevant news article, or SEC filing (or references thereto) on this? No one has so far, and I've picked up nothing at any of the sites I usually visit. Thanks. Janice
