I think it may be time for a letter to the Justice Dept, regarding the failure of the SEC to act on this matter. The SEC has been investigating ADVR for quite some time and by now should have been able to make a determination about the activites of the MM's, and the people who pull the strings at ADVR. The public is being miseled while the manipulators make out like bandits. It is as plain as the nose on your face, but the SEC can't see it? Perhaps Justice Dept, can provide an incentive to them. NASD also has a responsibility to investigate but apparently has failed to do so.
