This is very much contrary to what Lewis has to say on the matter,

or ownership over his winery today than they did last November. "There is a signed
letter of intent and if they can come up with the money this time, then we'll do the

As I said yesterday, we must become fully SEC compliant & reporting soon. Whether
Lewis is right or wrong at least all legitimate information will be on the table.
