What everyone must understand about December is that the MM's, IB's and Brokers make a fortune. I can tell you that folks in at the $1.50 level who bought in during the Spring runup are dumping the stock on the market with no limit price. And the MM's love it.

When you sell at the market rather than place a limit on your sell price, the MM's can set the bid at .01 if they wanted to. They lowered the bid recently to induce some panic selling and that is why the volume is up today.

Nothing has changed, thats is good and bad. I totally agree, that management should issue some sort of statement, because Dr. H's paper value has dropped in half in the last few weeks. Although, in defense of the company, noone in there right mind would issue a press release this week.

Also, everyone must realize that management has no control of the MM's either. I would not be suprised if some of the new MM's that came on as speculators earlier this year are dumping their inventory too. This is somewhat positive, because those MM's are probably the ones that have shorting the things to begin with.

One last comment, there are very few micro caps doing well right now. All the buying right now is with large and mid cap stocks which are way over priced right now.

Let's hope that when the new year rolls in the entire market will start to look for bargins in the small cap and micro cap markets again. They have been out of this segment since June!!! Happy Holidays and hang in!!
