Funny you should mention that as my memory was failing me so I went and checked the last NR. It says late Sept or early October. I know of no delays. price movement not unexpected as it is on low volume and recovering from an "oversold"position. That Investor's digest article likely helped to get this push - Up 50% in two days. MD shows little on the offers
