It sounds like you more than held your own with most of the animals (most of the time)! Just a short short... We had a nanny goat that had a head like a steel bolt. She had a good temperament...most of the time, but she had her moods. Sometimes she would get to roamin and staying out late, half a mile from home, up in the pasture. One morning she came home with her head soaked in blood...AND NO EARS!! The damn coyote(s) took off both ears flush to her head! We loved her all the more after that...and I've sometimes tried to picture the fight she must have had, and I try to imagine how in the hell she ever survived it...
