I am looking into more details for you...But they have been buying companies that are specialized in various lighting products of which some are geared towards the entertainment field. Their primary focus is with Metal Halide lighting products including materials, system components. They bought Deposition Sciences and Ruud Lighting during 97 and 98. Institutional holdings represent 44% of the company... More later... chris
