Any good company would do a detailed research on a major investment and would put a great amount of weight on it. Especially when the problems are of this caliber and the information is so readily available.

I'm not trying to put HEB down. If they are a good company, I hope all the best for them, but there is definitely a bad smell to all that surrounds this company right now.
