Dear QT, Thank you for a most interesting and helpful post. I decided on LEAPS when I began to realize that with the enormous faith I have in DELL's future (at least for the next three years) taking a "chance" on it growing in share price is a very low risk chance. I have made so many investment mistakes, if I cataloged them you wouldnt know whether to laugh or cry. Because I like action I have often acted too swiftly and without proper knowledge: and yet I have not acted swiftly to take gains when I had them in little companies that I didnt intend to keep long term. So I agree: take what you know and extend if you can. That must be why many on this thread only buy and sell DELL or options on DELL. Freeus
