Just received a copy of the complaint and an opportunity to sign up as lead plantiff from Wolf Popper. The complaint is 25 pages long...I will read over the weekend and post any key points. Any other DSC conversionites who would like a copy can email Wolf Popper or any of the other firms posted on the other ALA thread. I realize this is probably not something that non-DSC related shareholders want to hear much about, but the case is cut and dry and the sooner it is behind us the better. I'll bet any settlement is more than built in, so the stock will be freed after the litigation. Probably standard practice, but first thing I noticed is a jury trial is demanded. sf
