Les, yes, the mood has changed. From a month of Clinton's gradually and then quick quickly going down in the polls, he's now strongly up, as a result of the very first showing of his side of the story, his taped testimony. (Even though he had the burden of telling his side under very adverse circumstances, in response to deeply hostile and entrapping questions, and without his lawyers' help or intervention.

The point is, what would make it turn back against Clinton now? The dynamics are all the other way. The worst is out. It's his side that isn't fully out yet. As well as the spectacle of the Congress taking for ever with this, with the Republicans listening to their base clamoring for impeachment, which the rest of the populace is rapidly growing fed up, and demanding it be dropped.

Not good for Repubs.
