Also, Ira was taking the company in too many different directions. He was a detriment to this company and put us behind the eight ball. Firamda's accounting department was a mess. Alot of the new contracts Ira was touting were fictitcious. This will not be an overnight turnaround. Randy seemed honest and sincere in his convictions. Now only if Arif takes a page out of Randy's book.
