Steve,

I don't buy the dilution angle. You are not issueing more stock for the same size company, you are owning a smaller percentage of a larger company. Hopefully, we get our fair share of value or better. I do not know the specifics..but if we can use this as a building block, then dilution is not that bad, owning less of more...it is that simple.
