The Montreal Gazette carried an article today announcing that Peerless was being bought out at 3.1 per share. I am rather new to investing and I saw that today Peerless was trading at 2.9/share.How long will it take for the 3.1 price to be paid to shareholders, and in the meantime can one expect to get more than todays price on the market? Thanks for your help.
