Judy,

A few concerns.

INTC, as long as Mr K is not on board, the extent of its gains will be limited (IMO)

QCOM, isnt there alot of pessimism in the group as of late? I remember your call on it a little bit back, and it was perfect, thus I have to respect your analysis. Do you have a target and a time frame?

What about IBM? I dont care for the stock as you know, but it is getting to the point of interest. I didnt think it would hold 130 in these conditions. It might have power to get to 150 if the market cooperates.

I also think the market is very shaky and if we dont get more than .25 cut, the overall market will dump. I cannot believe that there is so much pressure being laid upon such a small number. I agree with the many that have suggested that Greenspan works in slower patterns, like a .25 here and a .25 there. I also think the FED missed the boat and should have acted before this went so far instead of holding to the inflation key so long.

I have been holding off refinancing my mortgage thinking this day would come.

It is nice to see OJ posting again, it adds color to SI..
