I've had several notices from lawyers in the last year. Seems like every stock I had go down was shortly followed by a notice from a law firm. I dislike the lawyers, but I just as much dislike the people that go to these lawyers trying to recover their money. With the exception of outright fraud, most of the suits are a waste of money. People buy a stock and if it doesn't double in a year, they feel they've been misled. It's a reflection of too many people being in a market that don't belong there. Plus they don't factor in the fact that they caused the loss when they sold. Good example was last year I bought ASND at 41, stock dropped to 22, now at roughly 48, and yes there is a lawsuit. But I'm up 7 dollars from my buy. So do I participate in the class action suit, even though I'm ahead? Enough preaching for now. Thanks for the reply. JSH
