Electric,

Get real about Kurlack. Buy INTC on his slam and sell 10 points later. If Kurlack were on board, you would not have the nice dips on a solid stock for the long-term.

QCOM, do some research and exam the tape. Notice that when ALA announced its shortfall, every single stock in the sector EXCEPT QCOM caved. QCOM held like a rock, and the market is not stupid. Time frame, find an entry on Monday and hold til earnings. First target 56-57 and I'll gauge things from there.

I am comfortable with this market in the short-term, regardless of the Fed's action. I only fear a stealth recession next year, a stealth recession which one detects only most of one's equity has eroded away.

WIND, RMBS, CMGI, QCOM ... do return to trade these story stocks again and again, like revisiting the fond memories of an old flame.

IBM, no opinion. Don't trade the fuddy duddy stock.
