Matthew: I'm curious as to who does have operational control of the winery at this time? What role does Paul Lego have in all this, both at this time and after operational control changes hands, just in case it really does? What other directors of the AAA winery will be absorbed by the Araldica corporate envelope? Who are the other directors of the winery at this time and what is their association with Araldica, other than the direct effect of this transaction of operational control?
