just called the TSE, and guess what? SSK issued cap has increased to over 8m shares... almost 4m increase? sound familiar? how about that CW warrant deal now converted or was that the Mindscape deal... anyway TLC share count will increase as these shares end up on nyse thru Reg S... now for the bad news: since Toy R Us is closing 90 stores... why hasn't TLC said anything? here's a clue "it's what TLC isn't saying that counts"... investors will just have to learn the hard way.
