This sounds good:-( NEWS RELEASE LMX Resources Ltd - President resigns; Calgary office to close LMX Resources Ltd LMX Shares issued 8,603,261 1998-09-25 close $0.03 Friday Sep 25 1998 Dr. John Harper reports John D. Harper has submitted his resignation as president and director of the board of LMX to the remaining board members of LMX, effective Oct. 1, 1998. Dr. Harper has indicated that the continuing financial situation faced by LMX is no longer within his power to correct, nor is the company in a position to compensate him for the past few months or future participation. The situation is further exacerbated by the global market conditions. Dr. Harper will attend to all activities required to close the Calgary office and has with board approval agreed to archive LMX files in Calgary for the next few months until the company establishes its future game plan.
