Taking a brief look at the 8-Kreleased today shows why Ampex was able to buy MicroNet at a reasonable price. The company was bleeding money and needed a severe cash inflo to fund research.If there is one thing Bramson can do is fix the cash flow problem,fund the r&d departments and streamline the operation to make it profitable. May add to the bottom line sooner than we expected.
