"A reverse split theoretically means nothing because the new share will reflect the same value"

Actually, after the reverse split when you add in all the new warrants, etc. the whole deal will dilute the stock 115%. So, if the stock is to stay at its current Price to Earnings ratio or Price to Sales ratio that means that if the split is done at $0.20 it will split to $1.60 but because of the dilution it will most likely fall down to about $0.80 because of the newly added shares. So, if you had 1000 shares before the split they are currently worth $200. After the split and with the dilution you will most likely have 125 shares at $0.80 worth a grand total of $100. That is one hell of a deal!

Secondly, it may seem nice to have the debt gone but it is really just being converted into more stock. You cannot just make debt disappear.

These are the sad facts people. Run the numbers yourself. Run them by Doug Foster and if he denies that any of this is true then please post it here.

One last question. Has anyone ever seen any of those banner ads Peak promised? No one has because they never ran them. So where does all this money keep going?
