jhg, this is an example of confusing cause and effect. I2's software is used to implement a plan designed by Dell to minimize the costs of inventory logistics and management. This plan could be manually implemented although not as efficiently or as elegantly. Dell is the innovator, not I2. The plan is the cause! TTFN, CTC
