David, That is an interesting observation about the buy back. If you think back on the ca$h issue, they have yet to execute on their initial thinking. I guess one could figure that the Fulcrum arrangements were fortunate but became a hinderance. In the overall schema of things, Mr. Osten may well be heading for the lake. However, the reason might well surprise us all. Quiet prospecting may be the way to go. nf PS $1 (I dream !!!)
