What does the bb in otcbb stand for?

otcbb = 'Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board'
See otcbb.com for information.
It's an electronic market for stocks that don't qualify
for Nasdaq or exchange listing (eg. illiquid issues,
penny stocks, etc.).

IMPAY used to trade on the otcbb, along with
many other ADRs. However, in April, the otcbb de-listed
a host of ADRs and foreign stocks, including IMPAY

Ostensibly to remove 'unregistered' securities, this seems
to have evicted most of the reputable foreign companies from
the otcbb, while leaving the home-grown penny scam stocks in place.

IMPAY now trades on the 'Pink Sheets', a non-electronic
trading system, so Yahoo no longer carries its quotes (and the
other free quote services just get end-of-day price reports,
rather than intra-day quotes.)
